Neuesik Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Satoshi Amanuma) has agreed to transfer the business of "Lovin'Box", an all-you-can-rent accessory service operated by CLUE Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Ryosuke Abe), and the company has accumulated in the Lovin'Box business. After taking over various assets and know-how, we agreed to accelerate the construction of the accessory provision system planned by airCloset. Based on this agreement, Neuesik would like to further promote the airCloset business and contribute to the further development of fashion rental services in Japan.
