Before joining Air Closet, I was mainly involved in the creation and reform of logistics systems at a company that operates an e-commerce site for shoes. Seven years after joining the company, thinking that "logistics and IT will be the key to corporate social growth in the future," this company has overcome a pinch and reached one goal of going public. I decided to change jobs in order to utilize the knowledge and experience gained from being at the forefront of that growth and challenge in new fields. The "knowledge and experience" that I had accumulated in me taught me that "airCloset must mark a growth trajectory that no company could have drawn in the future."
Another reason for my decision was that when I met airCloset, my "view of work" was greatly shaken. One of airCloset 's action guidelines, "9 Hearts," is the phrase "enjoy with all your might." Until then, work was just a "means" for enjoying life. I faced my work with the consciousness of "playing my own role", but when I came across the word "enjoy with all my strength", I think that this company can work with a different attitude than before. I felt that I could meet friends who are enjoying their work with all their might and hit them straight against each other.

Immature mechanism, unexpected crisis ... My heart didn't break, but rather it burned!

I had some experience at the forefront in the logistics field, which is the key to EC business growth, but the reality I faced when I first joined airCloset was not sweet. Moreover, when I first joined the company, the mechanism was immature, and inventory and costs were not fully visualized. In such an environment, the first year is a day of working on organizing facts and "visualizing" them. Sometimes my heart was about to break.
The turning point came after one year of joining the company. In a short period of time, I faced a situation in which all contracts and systems with partner companies in the logistics field had to be reviewed. It's just the backwaters. But this crisis did not lower my motivation, but rather burned it up.

As a leader who creates a mechanism, designs a path to the future, and stands at the forefront ... The challenge never ends

Faced with the crisis of having to review all contracts and systems with partner companies, I made use of my experience since joining the company, developed a new framework in a sense of crisis, and set a roadmap for about five years ahead. I was able to make it. Enjoy the pinch, build a scheme from scratch, look to the future, and draw a path to that point, rather than being overwhelmed by the harsh conditions-the truth that you can contribute to the growth of airCloset by overcoming the crisis. I got closer to the leader of the company and realized my own growth and broadening of my horizons. It can be said that the days of trials in the first year were also a period of accumulating power for a leap forward.
As a leader in the field of logistics, I am still working on the operation and reform of the supply chain centered on logistics in line with the roadmap we have formulated. Creating a scheme and showing the way to the future has never been easier. That is why I hope to practice the attitude of "enjoying" the toughest challenges and show them to my colleagues.
And there is no "end" to challenge and growth in airCloset. The current airCloset business is a fashion subscription, but the future airCloset business will not be limited to this area, but will be renewed with the vision of "toward a world where" excitement "is as common as air." We will create a business model that will serve as a platform in various fields. If you take on challenges in such a field, you will surely find new dreams, ambitions, and things you want to do. I would like to be a human resource who continues to hone soft and hard skills, stands at the forefront as a leader, and continues to provide new experiences of people, things, and things so that we can seize that opportunity.
