The excitement I felt when I met airCloset
I want to take charge of the stage change of the company instead of becoming a "coordinator" in a mature organization

For a short period of time between going out into society and joining airCloset, the field I was working in was completely different. As a certified accountant, I belonged to a major audit corporation and an accounting consulting firm, and I was in a mature and stable environment. As a venture company, I was able to have a business relationship with airCloset, which was on the early stage, and I started to have a private relationship with the management team, but I never imagined that I would participate. .. The strength of a stable and mature company that I belonged to is the abundance of human resources. In our area, there are always people around us who can answer any questions. It is certain that working in such a place is reassuring, and I enjoyed it as well.
On the other hand, as I gained experience in such an environment, I realized that I was a "coordinator" who found useful human resources and adjusted them so that they could exert their abilities. I started to feel something like a feeling. Maturity and stability are the opposite of developing companies, and I want to experience the feeling that they are directly involved in the growth of the company, not the coordinator, and that they are pioneering that growth with their own hands. I couldn't take a step while holding it.
I joined our company in 2019. Around this time, airCloset had more employees and was about to move from the early stage to the next stage. The proposition of the next stage is to enhance the corporate foundation, including financial aspects, in order to become an organization that can continue rapid growth in the early stage and generate new innovations. I think I can make use of my financial experience and expertise to achieve this proposition, and I will be at the forefront of developing growth, and I will not be able to experience the excitement and feeling of growth that I have never experienced before. This thought was the decisive factor in taking a step forward. To be honest, I was hesitant to let go of stability. However, I was born with the "preparation" that "if it doesn't work here, I'll give up." The excitement of betting on the infinite possibilities of airCloset the desire for stability.

Overwhelmed by the sense of speed and flexibility. Will the people around me agree with my judgment / decision?

I thought that I could make use of my financial expertise, but at our company, I was assigned to not only finance but also the entire business management area of personnel, labor, general affairs, and legal affairs. Unlike mature companies that have fixed roles and value procedures, I was overwhelmed by the essence of our company's stance of emphasizing speed and flexibility, which is created by managing the entire business management. Meanwhile, I was more anxious than the difficulty of absorbing new knowledge.
That is, "Is the people around me convinced of my judgment and decision as a newcomer?" We have several qualified people who are similar to me in terms of finance, for example. Such people may be skeptical of my judgment and doubts. Even more so if I'm an outsider and have knowledge of human resources and legal affairs ... This concern is a habit that has permeated me as a "coordinator" until now. Something like. In other words, it was a "wall" that I had created myself, and I couldn't overcome it.

Leaving our backs on each other's “mission” -overcoming hurdles within ourselves and renewing our spirit of challenge

At one point, I asked a fellow financial expert, "Why don't you wonder if you would make a different decision?" His answer is simply "NO". And he said the reason. "We are entrusting our backs to the" roles "of each of our peers."-This word was a great opportunity to overcome the "wall" that was inside us and grow. His words mean that "each other understands each other's roles and missions, regardless of company history or qualifications, and puts full trust in the decisions made in that area." At our company, a culture in which each person has a sense of mission and shares a sense of mission is pervasive. I was delighted to be able to work in such a field, and I decided to take the "wall" inside myself and face my mission with all my might. It can be said that the first step in my challenge at our company was self-transformation.
And now, in order to fulfill my mission at a company that is trying to make a difference, I realize every day that there is no end to the challenge and that it will be the driving force for growth. At our company, various "what we want to do" to achieve our vision are steadily sprouting throughout the company. My mission is to lay the foundation for what I want to do and what I can do. When a new business starts, the number of human resources that will be gathered will become more diverse, and the areas of legal affairs required will also change. We must not settle for the status quo, challenge new areas, and constantly update and hone our knowledge, skills, and abilities. In other words, we are a field where we can continue to grow by facing our mission and earnestly. I want to have the spirit of a challenger and grow steadily.

The real thrill of working in an environment where professionals who are responsible for their actions and results pursue one purpose

We are a company with a culture in which each person is aware of his or her own mission and recognizes the missions of others, regardless of company history. Therefore, I want people who want to work with the determination that they are responsible for what they are doing and the results of it to join us. It's easy to blame others for the results when a diverse group of people are trying new things. But that doesn't create a true sense of unity, and the challenge doesn't move forward. We have a strong sense of ownership among professionals with a sense of mission, and we are moving forward with a sense of speed in taking on new challenges. We are waiting for people who enjoy the rigors of working in such an environment and see it as the real thrill.
